EU Right of Withdrawal (European Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
How to start a return or cancellation:
- If you have an account: visit https://account.suntweet.com, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request.
- If you checked out with a phone number only: use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation.
After notifying us, you must send the items back within 14 days.
Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Refunds include the standard outbound shipping cost (express or premium shipping upgrades are not refunded). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Return shipping: We cover return shipping costs for EU customers.
Exemptions: Final sale items and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@suntweet.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Items returned after 30 days
- Final sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order.
