30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Start a Return Email us at info@suntweet.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
